Plant-based meals can be high in protein and taste amazing. Tempeh, a plant-based protein, can help make a vegan meal high in protein and offer the health benefits of fermented high-fiber food.
This meal can be done in under 30 minutes. While the Tempeh is simmering there's time to make the sesame sauce and creamy tahini sauce. The Tempeh only takes 8-10 minutes to get a nice crispy texture on the outside. Adding cashews with the Tempeh during the last minute or two of cooking gives the dish a crunchy texture and complementary flavor.
