WHAT TO EXPECT
Introductory Call

Once you schedule, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation email to your primary inbox within 10 minutes.

If you scheduled a Virtual call the Google Meet link will be included in your confirmation email.

Calls last 15–20 minutes and include:​

Getting Started

If you schedule your first appointment, you’ll receive instructions to set up an account with Healthie, our secure health portal.

All intake and HIPAA forms are completed electronically in Healthie.

Appointments can be in person (at Aspire Total Fitness, Happy Valley, OR) or virtual through Healthie.

Insurance & Payment

If you plan to use insurance, submit your information at least 48 hours prior to you appointment so your benefits can be verified and avoid potential self-pay charges. You may also contact your insurance provider directly.

For self-pay, we accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. If need be, please request an invoice for FSA reimbursement or verification.
