Many health care plans cover sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for little to no out-of-pocket cost. Several plans do not require you to have a medical condition to take advantage of your benefits. Nutrition Services provided by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is often covered as a preventative service. We can help you determine if your plan will cover nutrition services, if you have a co-pay or co-insurance, and if HealthyU Nutrition is an in-network provider for your plan. We offer in office and virtual appointments to accommodate preferences and busy schedules. Please note, some health insurance plans will only cover telehealth services without having to have met yearly deductibles. We will notify you of any restrictions or out of pocket expenses.

We also accept out of pocket payments for individual sessions. We do not offer session packages; our session rates are reasonable and can be paid for through Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts.
