Service Description

We value your time and resources and want to assure that we can help you achieve your goals. Our 25-minute complementary consultation include a brief discussion of your current lifestyle and what your health-related goals are either by phone or zoom. Then, we discuss the best options for you moving forward. We do not bill health insurance for the 25-minute consult. As a small non-profit organization, we ask that you only book a free consult if you are able to be available at the scheduled time or reschedule at least 2 hours prior to your original appointment time. Thank you for your consideration in this matter and supporting our organization's mission to help improve the health and well-being of our community.
